Soy Flotilla Gets Owned: Israeli Court Ponders Fate of Hamas Fanboys
Cry more, virtue signalers: Two activists learn the hard way that aiding terrorists has consequences.

ASHKELON, Israel – Remember those climate-obsessed, trust-fund kiddies who tried to sail into Gaza with a boatload of organic quinoa and performative solidarity? Turns out, they’re cooling their heels in an Israeli jail, and the commie tears are delicious.
Saif Abu Keshek, a caballero of questionable origins, and Thiago Ávila, a Brazilian busboy for the revolution, were part of a gaggle of more than 50 virtue-signaling vessels that thought they could waltz through Israel’s security perimeter. Surprise! The IDF wasn’t impressed.
Now, these two champions of the oppressed are whining about “brutality” and “isolation” after getting the five-star treatment (relative to what Hamas offers its own people). Ávila claims he was “dragged face-down across the floor and beaten so severely that he passed out twice.” Boo-freaking-hoo. Maybe next time, don't hang out with terrorist sympathizers, snowflake.
Speaking of which, Israel’s Foreign Ministry dropped a truth bomb: these two clowns are allegedly affiliated with the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad (PCPA), an organization sanctioned by the US Treasury for “clandestinely acting on behalf of” Hamas. Shocker! You reap what you sow, kids.
Spain is clutching its pearls and condemning the detention. Yeah, yeah, we get it. Virtue signaling is cheaper than actual defense spending. But Israel has every right to defend itself against those who actively enable terrorists.
The organizers of this clown show are bleating about “equipment being smashed” and a “calculated death trap at sea.” Honey, you created your own death trap by aligning yourselves with a genocidal death cult. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Greta Thunberg got in on the action last time. Good for her. Maybe she can lecture Hamas on carbon emissions while they’re firing rockets at Tel Aviv. Bet that'll go over well.
Background: Israel has been dealing with Hamas terrorism for decades. The Gaza blockade is a necessary, albeit imperfect, measure to prevent weapons and bomb-making materials from reaching these delightful chaps. If the left wants to abolish the blockade, they should convince Hamas to, I dunno, stop trying to murder Jews.
Legal Context: International law is a joke. Sovereign nations have the right to protect themselves. Period. If you don't like it, build your own country and make up your own laws. Just don't expect Israel to roll over and play dead while you’re funding its enemies.
