Orange Man Bad? Iran War Costs Skyrocketing, Turns Out, Shocking No One
Remember when they said it'd be quick and easy? Yeah, about that...

WASHINGTON – So, about that whole 'quick and easy' war with Iran thing. Turns out, reality has a funny way of, like, existing. President Trump's initial predictions are, shall we say, not aging well. Who could have possibly foreseen that invading a country wouldn't be a walk in the park? (Spoiler: everyone with a functioning brain).
It's almost as if the military-industrial complex wants us to be embroiled in endless conflicts. Lockheed Martin's stock price probably went parabolic the moment the first missile was launched. Coincidence? I think not. Deep State gonna deep state.
The libs are already screeching about 'humanitarian crises' and 'environmental damage.' As if they weren't salivating for regime change just five minutes ago. Typical. Can't win with these people.
And the Never Trumpers are, of course, doing their victory lap, pointing and laughing about how Trump's a failure. As if their preferred brand of globalist interventionism has ever yielded anything other than disaster. Pot, meet kettle.
Meanwhile, back in reality, gas prices are creeping up, the national debt is spiraling out of control, and the average American is wondering when the next season of 'Yellowstone' is coming out. Priorities, people.
The experts are saying we need a 'revised strategy.' Which is code for 'we have no freaking clue what we're doing.' More bombs? More sanctions? More 'nation building'? Let's just nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure. (Just kidding... mostly).
At least the memes are good. That's the only thing that's keeping me sane these days. #IranWar #TrumpFail #DeepState #Winning (sort of)
Seriously though, maybe it's time to just pull out and let them sort it out themselves. It's not like we've ever managed to successfully impose democracy on anyone anyway. Let the chips fall where they may.
But hey, at least we're keeping the military employed, right? Gotta keep those shareholders happy. 'MERICA!
So, yeah, the Iran war is costing more than expected. Surprise! Maybe next time we should try, I don't know, not invading countries? Just a thought.
