The Wall Street Journal is reporting the Orange Man Bad™ fired him because Makary wouldn't fast-track those sweet, sweet flavored vapes for the kids. You know, the ones that are totally not Big Tobacco 2.0.

But hold up, is this Makary guy even based? Pro-lifers are screaming he's slow-walking the abortion pill safety review. SBA Pro-Life America is having a conniption fit, calling it a "five-alarm crisis.” Sounds like someone's triggering the libs AND the boomers.

Then you got Big Pharma and Biotech bros crying because Makary's been cutting staff. John Crowley from BIO (who?) is whining about “indiscriminate personnel cuts.” Translation: Makary's making them actually earn their millions instead of sucking off the government teat.

Of course, RFK Jr.'s Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) crowd is all about Makary. Glyphosate Girl says he’s an “ally.” So, is he based or just another useful idiot? Is he actually fighting the Deep State or just playing 4D chess we can't understand?

The whole thing smells like a setup. Trump wants to look tough on regulation, Makary plays the victim, and Big Pharma gets to keep raking in the dough. It's the circle of swamp, baby!
