Trump-Era 'Data Privacy' Probe Exposes Leftist Voter-Harvester Racket on Campus
Turns out those 'nonpartisan' efforts to boost student voting were just another Dem data grab, and now the Feds are poking around.

Washington D.C. — Remember all that virtue-signaling about 'increasing student voter turnout'? Turns out it might've been just a sophisticated data-mining operation disguised as civic duty. The Trump administration, bless its heart, launched a probe into the National Study of Learning, Voting and Engagement (NSLVE), and the whole house of cards is starting to wobble.
The Left's been wailing about how this is 'voter suppression' (shocking, I know), but let's be real: NSLVE, operating under the guise of boosting civic engagement, was basically funneling student data into the hands of Dem-aligned groups. And now they're whining because someone finally noticed.
These 'nonpartisan' groups like the Students Learn Students Vote Coalition are acting all innocent, but follow the money. Who's really benefiting from this data? Hint: it's not your average conservative college kid.
The probe is centered around potential violations of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Translation: colleges might be illegally sharing student data with third parties to influence elections. Imagine that! The same people who lecture us about 'democracy' are rigging the system behind the scenes.
Cleta Mitchell, a real OG when it comes to election integrity, flagged a document written by Heather Honey. It alleges that colleges are breaking FERPA by handing over student enrollment records to the National Student Clearinghouse for this NSLVE boondoggle. And guess who else was involved? Catalist, a Dem data firm. Coincidence? I think NOT.
The Left's response? 'Oh, it's just about encouraging civic engagement!' Yeah, and Jeffrey Epstein was just running a massage parlor. We're not buying it.
Clarissa Unger, from the Students Learn Students Vote Coalition, is clutching her pearls about not having access to the 2024 data. Boo hoo. Maybe if you weren't playing fast and loose with student privacy, you wouldn't be in this mess. Remember the voter turnout gap between community colleges and four-year institutions? They were trying to close it...with questionable data practices, apparently.
This whole thing is a reminder that the Left will stop at nothing to maintain power. They'll exploit every loophole, twist every rule, and weaponize every institution to achieve their goals. And if that means trampling on student privacy, so be it.
So, the next time you hear some liberal lecturing about 'democracy,' remember NSLVE. Remember the data. Remember the probe. And remember that these people are playing a different game than you think.
This is what happens when you let the Swamp run wild. Drain it. Every. Last. Drop.
