Texas Schools Get Based: 5th Circuit Says Ten Commandments Are A-OK
Appeals court slaps down woke snowflakes, lets Texas schools post the OG rules for living. Libs seething.

NEW ORLEANS—Hold onto your soy lattes, libs, because the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals just dropped a truth bomb: Texas schools can post the Ten Commandments. Turns out, the Constitution isn't just about pronouns and participation trophies. This ruling is a major win for anyone tired of the woke agenda infiltrating our schools and turning kids into virtue-signaling zombies.
So, what happened? Some triggered leftists tried to block a Texas law requiring the Ten Commandments in classrooms, claiming it violated the sacred separation of church and state. As if the Ten Commandments were some radical Islamic text. Please. The Fifth Circuit basically told them to cope, ruling that the law doesn't violate the First Amendment. Big W for freedom.
This law, which took effect September 1, 2025, is now the biggest chad move in the nation to bring some good ol' fashioned morality back into public schools. Initially, some woke judges tried to stop it with injunctions, but based districts either paid for the posters themselves or accepted donations. Based beyond belief.
Of course, the Usual Suspects are losing their minds. They claim it's all part of a Republican plot to force Christianity on everyone. Newsflash: The Ten Commandments aren't just about religion; they're about basic morality. Don't kill, don't steal, don't lie. Seems pretty reasonable to me. Unless you're a Democrat, I guess.
The Fifth Circuit, based on the arguments heard back in January involving the Texas and Louisiana cases, said not so fast. Last February the court made it clear that Louisiana can also post the Commandments in classrooms. The score now stands at: Based: 2, Woke: 0. The war on sanity continues.
This is all part of a larger trend, fueled by Chad Republicans like Trump, to get some god-dang religion back into schools. Naturally the opposition cries about the “separation of church and state” which means separation of God and State, which leads directly to the depravity and moral rot that has hollowed out this nation's youth.
Let's be real, these people don't care about religious freedom. They care about pushing their agenda and destroying anything that resembles traditional values. But fear not, patriots! This ruling is a sign that the tide is turning. The Silent Majority is waking up and demanding a return to sanity.
Get ready for a Supreme Court showdown. The left will try to appeal this decision all the way to the top, but with a conservative majority, the odds are in our favor. Time to make America based again!
