SCOTUS Kicks Can Down the Road on Abortion Pills: Mail-Order Murder Still on the Menu (For Now)
Alito grants a 'stay,' giving the Supremes a few more days to decide if Planned Parenthood can keep slinging baby-killing pills via USPS.

Alright, folks, gather 'round the dumpster fire of modern American politics. The Supreme Court, those black-robed wizards, have decided to give themselves a few more days to figure out if your local Planned Parenthood can continue mailing out abortion pills like they're Amazon Prime packages. Justice Alito, bless his heart, extended the stay on the lower court's ruling, meaning you can still offload your unwanted spawn via telemedicine...for a few more days, anyway.
Remember when the 5th Circuit (those absolute madlads) tried to put the kibosh on the whole mail-order abortion scheme? Yeah, well, SCOTUS is dragging its feet. Seems like deciding whether or not you can remotely terminate a pregnancy is a tough call. Shocking, I know.
The FDA, those paragons of scientific rigor (LOL), decided back in 2021 that requiring women to, you know, actually see a doctor before popping an abortion pill was just too darn inconvenient. So, boom, telemedicine abortions became all the rage. Because nothing says 'responsible healthcare' like popping pills you got in the mail after a 10-minute Zoom call.
Louisiana, the state that DGAF, tried to put a stop to this madness, arguing that it undermines their abortion ban. And they're not wrong. It's kinda hard to enforce a ban when anyone with a mailbox can get a DIY abortion kit.
Now, the Left is screeching about 'access' and 'healthcare disparities.' Translation: they want to make it as easy as possible to murder babies, especially in poor and minority communities. Because, you know, equity.
The 'experts' are saying the alternative – misoprostol-only abortions – are just as safe and effective, but cause more pain and side effects. So, basically, they're admitting that mail-order abortions are the easy way to kill babies. And we can't have that, can we? Gotta make it as painless as possible for the mom...never mind the kid getting dismembered in utero.
Look, the whole thing is a circus. SCOTUS is stalling, the FDA is corrupt, and the Left is obsessed with normalizing infanticide. The only question is, will the Supremes finally grow a pair and put a stop to this madness? Or will they continue to kick the can down the road, allowing the baby-killing machine to keep churning? Stay tuned, folks. This ain't over yet.
