Louisiana House Primaries Canceled 'Cause SCOTUS Said So LOL
Turns out even swamp creatures can't racial gerrymander with impunity – who knew?

Alright, listen up, you magnificent deplorables. The Supreme Court – yes, the same SCOTUS the libs are constantly screeching about – actually did something based, and now Louisiana's gotta pump the brakes on its House primaries. Why? Because their congressional map was apparently such a blatant racial gerrymander that even this court said, "Nah, bro, that ain't it."
Gov. Jeff Landry, bless his heart, had to pull the plug. Says something about upholding the “integrity of the system.” Integrity? In politics? That’s rich. But hey, gotta play the game, right?
So, what does this mean? Basically, Louisiana was trying to pull a fast one, cramming voters into weird-shaped districts to guarantee certain outcomes. Turns out, even with the Voting Rights Act being weaker than Biden's handshake, you can still get called out for being too obvious.
The legislature, run by Republicans (shocking, I know), now has to redraw the map. And you know they're gonna try to screw over the Dems again, because that's what politics is, people. It's not about “fairness” or “equality,” it's about winning.
Nancy Landry, the Secretary of State, is gonna put up some signs at the polling places. Real helpful, Nancy. Like a band-aid on a bullet wound. Folks already mailed in their absentee ballots, thinking they were voting for something that actually mattered. Now those votes are just gonna be shredded? Recycled? Used to line birdcages? Who knows?
Meanwhile, the libs are probably crying about how this is further proof that America is irredeemably racist, while the normies are just trying to figure out how to pay for gas. And the swamp keeps on swampin'.
Frankly, I'm just here for the chaos. Let them fight. Let them squabble. Maybe, just maybe, something resembling actual representation will emerge from the wreckage. Probably not, but a man can dream, can't he?
This whole thing proves one thing: even the deep state can screw up. So keep your powder dry, your memes dank, and your skepticism dialed up to eleven. We're gonna need it.
It's just a matter of time before the next plot twist. Stay vigilant, my friends. And remember, don't trust anyone.
