First, they're crying about not getting all the 'raw data' from the FBI and ATF. Sounds suspiciously like they're hoping something gets lost in the shuffle, or maybe they're just trying to bleed the system dry with legal fees. 'We're not asking somebody to go looking for a needle in a haystack,' says lawyer Richard Novak. Right, because you're totally not hoping for a mistrial or some other legal technicality to spring your client. We believe you.

Then comes the real kicker: they don't want cameras in the courtroom. 'Muh fair trial!' they screech. Newsflash: you allegedly capped a conservative icon in front of thousands. The entire planet knows about it. What fair trial are you even talking about? This is about controlling the narrative, plain and simple. They want to sanitize the image of their client and portray him as some poor, misunderstood victim of… well, we're not quite sure what yet, but you can bet it'll involve some woke buzzwords like 'systemic oppression' and 'toxic masculinity'.

Meanwhile, the DA is all, 'We got a mountain of evidence!' Which, let's be honest, is probably true. But in the age of Deepfakes and doctored evidence, you can't trust anything. Especially not from the Feds. Remember Ruby Ridge? Waco? Yeah, trust is earned, not given.

Judge Graf is trying to keep the lawyers from yapping to the press, threatening them with fines, jail time, even DISBARMENT. Yikes. But let's be real, the media is already having a field day with this. It's like a buffet of outrage for the left and ammunition for the right. Either way, Robinson ain't getting a fair shake, regardless of what happens in that courtroom. The kangaroo court of public opinion has already rendered its verdict.

And the security? Armored vehicles, SWAT teams, snipers on the roof? Talk about overkill. But hey, gotta make sure the guy who allegedly took out a conservative is safe and sound, right? Because priorities.

Erika Kirk wants a speedy trial. And you know what? She deserves one. But in a system rigged against conservatives, don't hold your breath. This whole thing smells like a slow-motion lynching. Maybe not literally, but the media and the left are already dancing on Kirk's grave. Robinson is just a convenient tool.
