Feds Pull a Fast One: Telehealth Abortion Stays Open While FDA 'Reviews' It (Yeah, Right)
Louisiana judge kicks the can on mifepristone, giving the Deep State more time to push chemical abortion on the masses.

Alright, listen up, patriots. Another day, another swamp creature dodges the real issue. This time, a Louisiana judge, probably sipping a mint julep and listening to NPR, decided to punt the mifepristone issue down the field. The FDA gets to 'review' it. You know, the same FDA that greenlit this stuff in the first place. The same FDA that’s basically a wholly-owned subsidiary of Big Pharma and the Planned Parenthood industrial complex.
Judge David C. Joseph granted a stay in the case, meaning telehealth abortions – where you can pop a pill you got in the mail after a Zoom call – remain legal for now. He's hiding behind the FDA’s “expertise.” As if the FDA isn't just another arm of the woke mob pushing its agenda.
Louisiana tried to push back on the FDA's 2023 decision to let people get these abortion pills through the mail. Because, you know, actual healthcare with a real doctor is so last century. Now, the state gets to sit and wait while the FDA, controlled by the Biden regime (or Trump's in this case, LOL), pretends to do a “safety review.” Expect a whitewash, folks. They’ll find it “perfectly safe” right after the next election cycle when nobody's paying attention anymore. Gaslighting 101.
Mary Ziegler, a law professor (probably teaches critical race theory), says this shows the Republicans are fighting each other over abortion. No duh, Sherlock. It’s always the RINOs stabbing us in the back. Trump said be “flexible” on abortion. Remember that? He wants to play both sides to get votes. Meanwhile, the babies are still dying.
And don’t even get me started on Trump’s FDA. They’re defending a Biden policy! It's like a clown show where the clowns are actively destroying our nation. Trump gets what he wants – a delay – but the pressure is on to give the all-clear to these death pills. It’s all Kabuki theater.
Sen. Hawley and Cassidy are trying to do something about it. Hawley wants to straight-up ban the drug. Cassidy is “investigating” the manufacturers. Which will probably amount to nothing but hot air and fundraising emails. Wake me up when someone’s in handcuffs.
The plaintiff in the case is Louisiana, joined by some woman named Rosalie Markezich, some normie chick that was probably scared by all the abortion propaganda, claiming she’s a victim. Victim of what? Personal responsibility? Please.
This whole thing is a setup. The left wants easy abortions. The RINOs don’t want to rock the boat. And the FDA will happily rubber-stamp whatever lets them keep their jobs. Buckle up, because this fight ain't over. Time to own the libs and defund Planned Parenthood! Meme harder!
