Deep State Strikes Again! Feds Investigate LAUSD 'Reassignment' Policy – Is This About Protecting Kids or Protecting Themselves?
Trump admin wastes time digging into LA schools instead of draining the swamp, more theater from the perpetually outraged.

Okay, so the Department of Education is sniffing around the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) because of their 'reassignment' policies for teachers accused of ahem 'sexual misconduct.' Right. Because THAT'S what's REALLY wrong with our schools. Not the indoctrination, not the failing test scores, not the woke curriculum, but the WAY they shuffle around allegedly grabby teachers.
According to the press release – which, let's be honest, nobody actually reads – the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is launching a probe into whether LAUSD's policies violate Title IX. Title IX, for those of you not fluent in bureaucratic gobbledygook, is supposed to prevent sex-based discrimination in education. Now it's being weaponized to, what, make it harder to fire bad teachers? Sounds about right.
LAUSD, of course, is playing the victim card, claiming that 'reassignment' just means the accused teacher gets to chill at home during the investigation. Sure it does. And the check is in the mail. They claim it's all about 'student safety,' but we all know how these things work. It's about protecting the teachers' union and avoiding lawsuits.
"'Reassignment' typically means an employee is directed to remain at home and away from students and schools during an investigation," the district spokesperson said, probably while counting stacks of taxpayer money. Right, and Epstein killed himself.
The whole thing reeks of political theater. The Trump admin needs a win and going after a deep blue stronghold like LAUSD seems like a quick and easy way to score some points. But honestly, who cares? It's just another distraction from the real issues facing our nation.
I'm betting the investigation will drag on for months, cost taxpayers millions, and ultimately result in… absolutely nothing. Maybe a few minor policy tweaks, a strongly worded letter, and a whole lot of self-congratulatory back-patting. The swamp gets deeper and wider.
Meanwhile, our kids are being taught to hate America, to question their gender, and to embrace radical ideologies. But hey, at least we're investigating how LAUSD handles allegedly grabby teachers. Priorities, people! Priorities!
The real problem isn't just LAUSD. It's the entire education system. It's a bloated, inefficient, and corrupt bureaucracy that's failing our children. And until we tear it all down and start over, these kinds of investigations are just a waste of time and resources.
I am all for making sure that kids are protected and teachers are innocent until proven guilty. However, this isn't about making any improvements to the system. This is about showboating and getting headlines in an age where no one knows or cares about real news.
Also, are any of you suprised the teachers union is involved? Do you remember when the teacher's union wanted schools to stay closed during COVID so that teachers could get paid while not working? Maybe we should investigate that instead.
