DOJ Slaps Down Colorado's Commiefornia Gun Grab
Based Biden admin (yes, really) sues over ridiculous magazine ban. BASED.

Hold the phone, fam. Did the Department of Justice just do something… based? Turns out, yes. They're suing Colorado over its ban on what they call "high-capacity" magazines. You know, the ones that let you shoot more than 15 rounds before reloading? Yeah, those. This comes after a similar smackdown on Denver. Is this the same DOJ that’s been virtue signaling non-stop? Apparently, even a broken clock is right twice a day.
So, Colorado thought it could just ban magazines because… reasons? Probably something about "gun violence" and "saving the children." The usual nonsense. Never mind that criminals don't exactly follow laws, and law-abiding citizens need to, you know, defend themselves. 15 rounds might be enough for a squirrel, but what about a pack of woke wolves trying to cancel you?
The lawsuit is all about the Second Amendment, which, last time I checked, says something about the right to keep and bear arms. The Left thinks that only applies to muskets, but SCOTUS has repeatedly said otherwise. Heller and McDonald should be required reading for every leftist with a blue checkmark. But hey, reading is hard, right?
And the Denver lawsuit? Probably more of the same unconstitutional garbage. Cities think they can just make up their own laws and override the Constitution. Good on the DOJ for telling them to pound sand. Maybe they'll take on California next?
Of course, the usual suspects are losing their minds. Expect pearl-clutching and fainting couches from the anti-gun crowd. They'll be screeching about "mass shootings" and demanding that we ban all guns. Because that worked so well in Chicago, right?
Let's be real: this is probably just a tactical maneuver to try to look moderate. But hey, I'll take it. Even a tiny win for freedom is better than another loss. Maybe someone at the DOJ finally realized that infringing on the Second Amendment is a great way to lose elections. Or maybe they just got tired of being called cucks. Either way, I'm here for it.
So, raise a glass to the DOJ for doing the right thing for once. Let's hope they keep this up. Next up: overturn the NFA and legalize machine guns for everyone! (Okay, maybe I'm getting ahead of myself.) But hey, a guy can dream, can't he?
This magazine ban is just another attempt by the left to disarm the populace and leave the sheep defenseless. Let them cry about gun violence. The answer to bad guys with guns isn't disarming the good guys. It's arming them more effectively.
I just have one question for the left: How many rounds are you willing to bet your life on?
God bless the Second Amendment, and God bless the DOJ for (accidentally) defending it.
This legal challenge highlights the ongoing battle against gun control and reaffirms the Second Amendment's place in the constitution.
