Her partner-in-crime, Lianbo Wang, is also getting five years – enough time to learn a new skill, like avoiding getting caught next time.

Turns out, Li and Wang are both naturalized citizens. That’s interesting. I wonder how much money was donated to which “charitable” organization to grease those wheels…Just asking questions here. This is a good time to be asking questions.

But wait, there's more! They weren't just living large; they were also selling access to U.S. politicians and using the ill-gotten gains to fund political campaigns. I guess the grift never stops!

They charged $93,000 a pop for a 2017 Trump fundraiser. And then used the money to pump $600,000 into the committee. Li even took a photo with Trump and Melania, using the image to grift even more money! Is anyone actually surprised by this at this point? Everyone is dirty.

The prosecutors are saying the campaigns had no idea about the scam, but come on. Seriously? Politicians don’t ask questions when the money is flowing. It is how the world works. They didn’t realize some Chinese company was spending money for them to get in the White House? Really? How convenient.
