Appeals Court Blocks Mail-Order Abortions: Woke FDA Gets Owned
Louisiana lawsuit halts the FDA's attempt to turn your mailbox into an abortion clinic. Based.
Another day, another W for the good guys. Some activist judge finally remembered what side their bread is buttered on and put a temporary hold on the FDA's genius plan to mail abortion pills straight to your door. Because nothing says 'responsible healthcare' like bypassing actual doctors and letting people DIY medical procedures with potentially deadly consequences.
So, the state of Louisiana – bless their cajun hearts – decided to slap the FDA with a lawsuit. Their argument? The FDA, in its infinite wisdom, decided that sending abortion pills through the USPS was totally safe and effective. No biggie. What could possibly go wrong? It’s not like there are any potential side effects, complications, or the fact that you’re terminating a human life.
The FDA, initially, had some semblance of caution. They required in-person doctor visits, because, you know, medicine. But then, woke brain took over, and they decided convenience trumped safety. Because feelings.
But fear not, patriots! This appeals court stepped in to pump the brakes on this clown show. They saw through the FDA’s virtue-signaling and realized that maybe, just maybe, there are some things more important than 'access' (read: killing babies).
Now, the left is losing its mind. They're crying about 'women's healthcare' and 'bodily autonomy.' Yawn. Maybe if they weren't so obsessed with sacrificing unborn lives on the altar of 'choice,' they wouldn't be in this mess. But hey, keep screeching, it just fuels our basedness.
This whole mifepristone debacle is a symptom of a much larger problem: the weaponization of government agencies by the left. They're using the FDA, the EPA, and every other alphabet soup agency to push their woke agenda, regardless of the actual consequences.
This court ruling is a small victory in the fight against this tyranny. It shows that there are still some people in positions of power who are willing to stand up to the radical left and defend sanity. But the fight isn't over. We need to keep pushing back against this woke madness and reclaim our institutions.
So, raise a glass to Louisiana, the appeals court, and anyone else who's fighting the good fight. And remember, stay based, stay red-pilled, and keep owning the libs.
Let's not forget that this mail-order abortion scheme was designed to bypass state laws. They wanted to make it as easy as possible to get an abortion, regardless of whether the state had any restrictions in place. It was a blatant attempt to undermine the democratic process and impose their radical ideology on the entire country.
But we won't let them. We'll keep fighting. We'll keep exposing their hypocrisy. And we'll keep winning.
Time to pour a glass of lib tears over this victory.
Remember: Wokeness is a disease. America is the cure.
