Zoomer Job Hunt: Turns Out 'Diversity & Inclusion' Doesn't Pay the Bills
Youngsters whine about the job market, but maybe ditching the blue hair and learning a trade would help, eh?

London – So, the Woke Generation™ is discovering that their Gender Studies degrees and participation trophies aren't exactly opening doors to lucrative careers. Shocking, I know. Turns out, 'diversity and inclusion' workshops don't magically conjure up job opportunities when your resume looks like a snowflake melting in July.
Catherina, bless her heart, thought her film degree would land her a gig directing the next Marvel blockbuster. Instead, she's running around fetching coffees. Maybe instead of chasing fleeting internet fame, she should've focused on, like, actual skills that employers value? Just a thought.
And then there's Olivia, who believes the government should hold her hand because she has epilepsy. Look, I'm not unsympathetic, but personal responsibility still exists. Maybe, just maybe, instead of demanding companies bend over backwards, she could focus on managing her condition and finding a job that suits her capabilities. Newsflash: life isn't fair.
The Young Women's Trust is, of course, blaming 'the system.' Surprise! Instead of empowering young women to take control of their lives and careers, they're peddling victimhood narratives. No wonder these kids are struggling. They've been taught to expect everything and earn nothing.
The real problem isn't a lack of 'opportunities,' it's a lack of qualified candidates willing to put in the hard work. Everyone wants to be an influencer or a tech mogul, but nobody wants to get their hands dirty. Maybe it's time to ditch the avocado toast and learn a valuable trade, like plumbing or electrical work. Those guys are making bank while the 'creative class' struggles to pay rent.
And let's not forget the elephant in the room: the bloat of useless degrees being churned out by universities. Why are we encouraging kids to rack up mountains of debt for degrees that lead to dead-end jobs? It's a scam, plain and simple. Time to defund these woke indoctrination centers and invest in vocational training that actually prepares people for the real world.
So, Zoomers, here's a dose of reality: Nobody owes you a living. The world doesn't care about your feelings. Get off your butts, acquire some marketable skills, and stop blaming everyone else for your problems. The only thing standing between you and success is your own laziness and entitlement. Git gud.
