World Cup Woke-a-Cola: States Capitulate, Slash Ticket Prices Before the Mob Gets Angrier
Because nothing screams 'global unity' like gouging normies for a soccer game.

So, the Deep State – I mean, New York and New Jersey – caved. Those overpriced train tickets and shuttle bus fares for the World Cup? Gone. Reduced. Now, round-trip train rides are a mere $98 (from $150), and bus fares are down to $20 (from a hilarious $80). Why? Because the peasants were revolting. Or at least, whining loudly on Twitter. The outrage machine never sleeps.
This is what happens when you try to run a globalist indoctrination ceremony – sorry, 'sporting event' – on the backs of hardworking Americans (and New Jerseyans). You think we’re all just going to bend over and take it when you try to charge us exorbitant fees to watch a bunch of guys kick a ball around? Think again, libtards.
Of course, this isn't about fairness or accessibility. It's about optics. The narrative of 'inclusive' World Cup falls apart when only the coastal elites can afford to get there. Now the state can claim they are helping the common man, but what about the cost of beer and hotdogs? Will there be diversity in hotdog flavors?
Let’s be real, this whole World Cup thing is just another excuse for the globalists to push their agenda. Remember when Bud Light went woke? These events are the same thing, just on a larger scale. They want to distract us with bread and circuses while they dismantle our freedoms and force us to eat bugs. The irony is that while they preach about green living, they fly around in private jets.
And don't even get me started on the virtue signaling. “Oh, we're making the World Cup accessible to everyone.” Right, because a $98 train ticket suddenly makes you part of the 1%. It's all virtue signalling while the middle class gets crushed, and the average joe gets left behind.
So, enjoy your slightly cheaper ride to the soccer game, sheeple. But don't forget who's really pulling the strings. And remember to stay vigilant. They may have lowered the train fares, but they're still coming for your guns, your pickup trucks, and your right to grill a burger in peace.
I am sure they did a cost benefit analysis and realized they would get more money from increased viewership than from the higher ticket prices. This is not charity, it is business. Don't let them fool you. Next they will raise the prices again.
In the immortal words of Ron Swanson: “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime. Or, you could just lower the train fare to the World Cup so he can watch a bunch of guys kick a ball around.”
