Near kids! But don't worry, the real crime was probably thinking wrong thoughts. Now, his lawyer, the aptly named Brad Cohen (probably a card-carrying member of the ACLU), is claiming this is all a big misunderstanding. A 'weak legal basis,' he says. Sounds familiar. Apparently, Kodak wasn't even in the car, according to Cohen. He just happened to leave his bag of cash and mystery pills lying around. Totally innocent, right?
