Woke PhD Gets Deported-ish, Cries About 'State-Imposed Violence'
Tufts snowflake Rümeysa Öztürk, who whined about mean ol' Trump, finally gets her participation trophy and heads back to Turkey.

So, this Rümeysa Öztürk chick, a real winner from Tufts, finally finished her PhD after playing the victim card for, like, ever. Remember her? The one who co-signed a whiny op-ed about 'genocide' in Palestine and then acted SHOCKED when the Trump admin gave her the boot? Yeah, that one.
Turns out, the Orange Man wasn't just making stuff up. This delicate flower and her buddies wrote a whole screed in the Tufts Daily accusing Israel of, get this, GENOCIDE. And then she got all teary-eyed when someone called her on it? Peak 2024, I tell ya.
Now, after a bunch of legal wrangling and probably a few dozen therapy sessions, she's heading back to Turkey. And of course, she's gotta get her digs in on the way out, whining about 'state-imposed violence' and how America 'stole' her time. Boo hoo. Honey, you signed up for this when you decided to smear our allies. Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences, especially when you're an overstaying international student. But free speech is free speech, you know? I am all for it, even if it is coming from someone that I may not agree with. I will not let them make me feel bad about disagreeing with people.
Let's be real, the Trump administration did exactly what they should have done. You don't get to come to our country, use our universities to spread anti-American garbage, and then expect us to roll out the red carpet. This isn't some oppression Olympics, lady. And let's not forget the people who are actually oppressed, you know? Remember the people the op-ed was even about? The irony is just dripping here.
This whole thing is a perfect example of what's wrong with woke academia. These kids are so insulated and convinced of their own moral superiority that they think they can say whatever they want without facing any repercussions. Newsflash: the real world doesn't work like your gender studies seminar.
“After 13 years of dedicated study, I am very proud to have completed my PhD and to return home on my own timeline,” Öztürk said in a statement. “The time stolen from me by the US government belongs not just to me, but to the children and youth I have dedicated my life to advocating for.” Oh, the DRAMA!
Marco Rubio, who was Secretary of State at the time, deserves a medal for actually having the guts to do something about this nonsense. More politicians need to start cracking down on this anti-American garbage, not caving to the woke mob. You know, politicians like MTG and Boebert. The real deal. But it's the political season, you know? Politicians need to appeal to the masses. We will see what ends up happening, and if any of them stick to their claims.
