Woke Liberal Snowflake Cries 'Two-Tier Society' Over Plan to, Like, Help Australians First
McLachlan melts down over Taylor's based plan to stop handing out free stuff to everyone who wanders in, proving once again that the Libs are just Labor Lite.

So, the latest installment of “Liberals Trying to Out-Woke the Greens” features some backbencher named Andrew McLachlan having a complete conniption fit over Angus Taylor’s totally reasonable plan to, gasp, prioritize Australian citizens when it comes to welfare. Apparently, actually helping the people who pay the taxes is now considered, like, literally Hitler.
McLachlan, bless his cotton socks, is clutching his pearls and whining about creating a “two-tiered society” because Taylor dared to suggest that maybe, just maybe, we shouldn't be handing out JobSeeker, Age Pensions, and NDIS benefits to every Tom, Dick, and Harriett who rocks up on our shores. You know, the same benefits that actual Australians have been paying for their entire working lives.
This guy’s spouting the same tired nonsense about alienating migrant communities, as if the only way to win their votes is to promise them free stuff. Newsflash, McLachlan: most migrants come here to work, not to leach off the system. And the ones who do want freebies? Maybe they should, you know, become citizens.
It's the usual virtue signaling from the Liberal Left, proving once again that they're so terrified of being called racist that they'll bend over backward to appease every woke activist group in the country. Meanwhile, regular Australians are struggling to afford groceries and pay their mortgages, but hey, at least we're being inclusive, right?
Noura Mansour from Democracy in Colour is whining that Taylor's plan is just like “Trump’s America.” Yeah, because Trump was totally wrong to want to secure his own country's borders and prioritize his own citizens. Give me a break.
Taylor, to his credit, is standing his ground, pointing out the obvious fact that prioritizing citizens is not, in fact, the end of the world. He even had the audacity to suggest that maybe, just maybe, this policy might incentivize people to actually become citizens! The horror!
But here’s the real kicker: this whole kerfuffle is just a symptom of the Liberal party’s complete and utter identity crisis. They’re so desperate to win back the inner-city latte sippers that they’ve completely forgotten who their base is: ordinary, hard-working Australians who are sick of being ignored in favor of every trendy social cause that comes along.
