White House Correspondents' Dinner: Yet Another Reason to Ditch the Swamp
Some dude tried to pop off at the WHCD? Sounds about right for that clown show.

WASHINGTON – So, some guy tried to crash the White House Correspondents’ Dinner and ventilate some Trump administration officials. Acting AG Todd Blanche is saying this dude, Cole Tomas Allen from Commiefornia, rolled into DC looking for trouble. Color me shocked.
Word is, this clown took the scenic route – train from Cali to Chicago, then hopped over to the swamp. Checked into the Hilton like he belonged there. Guess he didn't get the memo that that whole shindig is just a circle jerk for the media elite and the politicians they slobber over.
Trump got yoinked off stage faster than you can say “fake news.” Secret Service doing their thing, Melania looking like she wanted to be anywhere else, and JD Vance probably wondering if he left the oven on. Classic DC.
This Allen dude, some 31-year-old, is now facing a rap sheet longer than AOC's list of grievances. Assaulting a fed, slinging lead, trying to off someone. Sounds like a Tuesday in Portland, am I right?
Apparently, a fed caught a bullet, but had a vest on. So, all good. Bulletproof vests: the real heroes. Trump was supposed to give a speech. Bet he's thrilled he missed out on that.
Everyone ducking under tables. Journalists suddenly remembering they're not supposed to be part of the story. The whole thing sounds like a Marx Brothers movie directed by Michael Bay. Blanche is saying the guy isn't talking. Probably lawyered up and waiting for his Patreon donations to kick in.
Some CNN talking head, Wolf Blitzer, saw the dude go down. Jamie Raskin, bless his heart, got tackled by the Secret Service. Sounds like a fun night for everyone involved.
Seriously, though, this whole thing is a symptom of a bigger problem. The disconnect between the ruling class and the rest of America is wider than ever. These people are sipping champagne and patting themselves on the back while the country burns. Is it any wonder someone snapped?
Sure, violence is never the answer. But maybe, just maybe, this will be a wake-up call. Probably not, though. They'll just double down on the security and keep on partying. Meanwhile, the rest of us are stuck paying the bill. Drain the swamp, folks. Drain it deep.
In conclusion: lock him up, and then disband the WHCD. What is even the point of the Correspondents’ Dinner?
