Trump and Xi: Two Bros, No Trade Deal. Sad!
Turns out, global trade is harder than owning the libs.
Alright, folks, let's get real. Remember when Trump was gonna MAGA the trade deal with China? Yeah, about that. Seems like even the Orange Man couldn't wrangle Xi into a deal. What a time to be alive.
So, the article says the whole thing boiled down to 'personality transplants.' Translation: Two guys with massive egos couldn't play nice. Shocking, I know. You'd think billionaires could figure out how to divide up the world's pie without throwing a tantrum, but nope. Humans gonna human.
Basically, Trump wanted China to stop stealing our intellectual property and buy more of our soybeans. Xi wanted…well, to keep doing what he's doing, probably. And who can blame him? He's running the show over there, printing money and building islands in the South China Sea. The man's got priorities.
All this talk about 'trade imbalances' and 'market access' is just fancy talk for 'we want more money.' It's a global game of Risk, and nobody wants to give up their territories.
Honestly, who even cares about a trade deal? The government's gonna screw it up anyway. They'll probably give China a bunch of money in exchange for promises they'll never keep. It's the Washington way.
Look, I'm not saying Trump was wrong to try. But maybe he should've just tweeted Xi into submission. That's how you really negotiate in the 21st century, right?
Maybe this whole thing is just a big psyop to distract us from the real problems, like the Deep State and the lizard people. Or maybe it's just two dudes being dudes. Who knows? All I know is, my taxes are still too damn high.
Wake up, sheeple! They're playing us all for fools. Trade deals, political theater, it's all the same. Just another way to keep us divided and distracted while they line their pockets.
And now I'm gonna go buy something on Amazon...made in China, probably. The irony is not lost on me.
