Texas, bless their hearts, decided to stop waiting for the federal government to do its job and passed S.B. 4, which lets Texas cops arrest illegals. Cue the screeching from the usual suspects: civil rights groups, the ACLU, the whole woke gang. They're suing, naturally, because apparently enforcing laws is now considered 'cruel and unusual punishment' or something equally ridiculous.

These groups, funded by Soros bucks and coastal elites, are claiming that S.B. 4 is unconstitutional because only the feds can deal with immigration. But when the feds are MIA, AWOL, and actively helping illegals flood the country, what's a state to do? Sit back and watch the whole thing burn? Texas said, 'Hold my Lone Star beer.'

S.B. 4 basically says, 'Enter Texas illegally, and you're getting a free ride... to jail.' Then, a magistrate can boot you back across the border. The Left is having a meltdown because, gasp, someone is finally holding people accountable for breaking the law. It's almost like they want open borders. 🤔

Kate Gibson Kumar from the Texas Civil Rights Project (sounds legit) is calling S.B. 4 a 'vile law.' Cody Wofsy from the ACLU (double legit) calls it 'cruel and illegal.' These are the same people who probably think defunding the police is a great idea and that pronouns are more important than national security.

They're specifically triggered by the part where even if an illegal gets a green card after illegally entering, they're still in trouble. And the part where state magistrates can issue deportation orders. And the part where not complying with those orders is a crime. And the part where even if you have an asylum claim pending, you're still getting prosecuted. In other words, they hate all of it.

Adriana Piñon from the ACLU of Texas (can't make this stuff up) is whining that this will turn cops into 'immigration agents.' Honey, the feds should be immigration agents, but since they're too busy virtue signaling, Texas is stepping up. Maybe if Biden did his job, Texas wouldn't have to. But hey, thanks for the meme material, Lefties.
