Texas Dem Talarico Needs MAGA Hats to Win (LOL, Good Luck)
Harvard lib tries to pander to the poors in Texas? This is gonna be good.

So, this Talarico dude, right? Mr. Harvard-educated, Obama-lite, wants to flip Texas. Bless his heart. He's running against Paxton, who, let's be honest, is a walking meme of corruption and bad decisions. But here's the kicker: Talarico thinks he can win over the blue-collar crowd. The guys who actually, you know, build stuff and don't just virtue signal on Twitter.
Democrats are drooling because they think Paxton's scandals make him an easy target. Talarico's raking in the cash from the coastal elites who think Texas is just a few woke policies away from turning into California. But here's the truth bomb: those donors ain't gonna be the ones casting the votes that matter. It's the dudes in cowboy boots and Carhartt jackets.
Check the polls, brah. Talarico's crushing it with the college grads, the pronoun-obsessed crowd who think socialism is just a fun game. But out here in flyover country, people are more worried about gas prices and the woke mob canceling everything. A Public Policy Polling survey has Talarico ahead by seven points but only 22% of respondents have less than a college education. A University of Texas poll has Talarico up eight points with only 27% lacking a degree. See the problem?
The primary results are even more brutal. Talarico's base is the latte-sipping class, not the pickup-truck-driving patriots. And in Texas, those pickup trucks outnumber Priuses like bullets outnumber brain cells in a CNN panel discussion. Remember when Hillary Clinton showed up in the South acting like she knew their struggle? Yeah, this is giving us those vibes.
Talarico's schtick is economics, the rising cost of living, blah blah blah. He probably thinks cutting Trump's tariffs and handing out a few tax breaks will magically solve everything. Newsflash: these folks aren't stupid. They see through the pandering. They know the Democrats hate oil and gas, which, last time I checked, is kinda important in Texas.
He sounds like Obama doing a bad impression of himself. “I ran for office not to be served [pause] but to serve …” Dude, just be yourself. Stop trying to sound like a motivational poster. But then again, that's the whole problem with these guys: they can't just be themselves. They have to filter everything through the woke-o-meter.
Here's a free tip for Talarico: ditch the Harvard accent, learn to two-step, and maybe, just maybe, you'll have a shot. Otherwise, enjoy your consolation prize of being the darling of MSNBC for a few weeks. Real Texans can see a poser from a mile away.
Honestly, who are the Democrats trying to fool? They push climate change policies that hurt the working class. They talk about 'equity' while raking in millions from Silicon Valley. They want to confiscate guns while hiring armed guards for their gated communities. It's all one giant, hilarious joke.
The only way Talarico's winning over the blue-collar vote is if he trades his soy latte for a Lone Star beer and starts talking about building a wall. Good luck with that, buddy. We'll be here, laughing.
This is what happens when you believe your own hype. Democrats have this fantasy that they're the party of the working class, even though they're funded by billionaires and run by out-of-touch academics. It's pure delusion. Texas, and the rest of America, is not as stupid as they think it is.
This election should be entertaining to watch. Can this progressive win over conservative Texans? Only time will tell.
