Supreme Court Hands Woke Points to Flores, NFL Forced to Play the Arbitration Game
The Supremes blinked, and now the NFL has to defend itself against a discrimination lawsuit that reeks of opportunism – get ready for the virtue signaling to commence.

Alright, folks, buckle up because the Supreme Court just greenlit the Brian Flores Clown Show. SCOTUS refused to hear the NFL’s appeal to keep his racial discrimination lawsuit locked down in arbitration, meaning this whole circus is headed to open court. Justice Kavanaugh apparently felt the need to dissent, probably because he understands the legal and contractual implications here but whatever.
Flores, the former Dolphins coach who couldn't even crack .500 (but hey, back-to-back winning seasons, gotta give him something), decided to sue the NFL and a few teams after getting canned. His claim? The league is "rife with racism.” Yeah, yeah, we've heard it all before. It's always racism when someone doesn't get what they want. The lack of self awareness here is astronomical.
Now, the NFL wanted this handled through arbitration, because, duh, arbitration is cheaper and less messy. It’s how grown-up companies settle disputes. But no, the Supreme Court decided to let this woke trainwreck proceed. Prepare for the media to make this into the next coming of MLK. It’s gonna be exhausting.
And let's not forget Steve Wilks and Ray Horton, the two other coaches who jumped on the grievance gravy train. Wilks claims he was a “bridge coach” – a.k.a. a place holder – for the Cardinals. Horton says the Titans interview was a sham. Okay, maybe. But maybe, just maybe, they weren't the best candidates? Could it be? Nah, it must be racism!
This is all about optics and money, folks. Flores is trying to cash in, and the NFL is going to bend over backwards to avoid looking like the KKK on Sundays. Expect a lot of performative diversity initiatives, commercials featuring kneeling players, and more woke garbage shoved down our throats. Because that's what makes America great or something.
David Gottlieb and Douglas Wigdor, the lawyers representing Flores and the gang, are obviously thrilled. They’re drooling at the prospect of dragging the NFL through the mud and raking in millions in settlements. It's the American dream, baby!
The NFL will probably settle this thing out of court because they're terrified of the PR nightmare. But don't think for a second this is about justice or equality. It's about money, power, and woke points. The game is rigged, and we’re all just watching it play out. Just remember to buy your official NFL diversity awareness jerseys and support the cause. The woke-industrial complex needs you!
