WASHINGTON — Crooked Joe Biden, still kicking and screaming, is now suing the Department of Injustice (aka DOJ) to prevent the release of audio recordings and transcripts from the special counsel probe into his classified document shenanigans. Looks like someone doesn't want the world to hear just how cognitively deficient he is.

The lawsuit, filed in DC's swampy federal court, claims releasing the files to Congress and the (((Heritage Foundation))) would be an “unwarranted invasion of privacy.” Oh, boo hoo. Maybe if you weren't hoarding classified docs like a squirrel with nuts, Joe, you wouldn't have this problem. But rules for thee, not for me, amirite?

“Every American, including a sitting or former Vice President, has a right to privacy…” blah blah blah, the lawyers drone on. Tell that to General Flynn, or Roger Stone, or any other patriot smeared by the Deep State, geniuses. Double standards much?

The recordings and transcripts are from Biden's chats with his ghostwriter, Mark Zwonitzer, back in 2016-2017. Remember, this is all about Biden's alleged improper retention of classified documents. Special Counsel Robert Hur, in his report, basically said Biden was too senile to prosecute but was still guilty as sin.

Hur's report was a 345-page roast of Biden's mental faculties, but somehow recommended no charges. Yeah, because the DOJ would never protect one of their own. Talk about a rigged system. The House already voted to hold Merrick Garland in contempt for withholding the audio. Now Biden's taking matters into his own…palsied hands.

We already saw some of the transcripts. Biden was “fuzzy about dates and details” and admitted he didn't know the paper trail. Sounds like a guy who's totally on top of things, right? This is the guy running the country (sort of)?

The Right Wing is saying Biden's getting the kid-glove treatment, while Trump got the full fury of the Feds. The Left is all like, “But Trump wouldn’t cooperate!” As if cooperating excuses breaking the law. Whataboutism at its finest.

This whole thing stinks like week-old fish. What skeletons is Biden trying to keep locked in the closet? What embarrassing gaffes are lurking in those recordings? The American people deserve to know the truth. Release the tapes, you cowards!

Seriously, though, this is about more than just Biden. It's about the Deep State protecting its own, the corruption at the highest levels of government, and the two-tiered justice system that screws over conservatives while letting liberals skate free.
