SCOTUS Slaps Down Woke Immigration Judges' Free Speech Tantrum
Turns out, judges whining about their 'rights' ain't more important than, ya know, doing their jobs.

Washington D.C. – The Supreme Court just told a bunch of activist immigration judges to sit down and shut up. These judges, bless their hearts, thought they could use the First Amendment as a shield while blathering about woke nonsense. They filed a lawsuit in 2020, claiming restrictions on their public speaking gigs violated their 'free speech.' Cry me a river.
The real story? These judges wanted to use their positions to push their personal political agendas. The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), wisely, put some guardrails in place to prevent them from turning the courts into their personal soapboxes. Apparently, these judges thought those rules were 'oppressive.' I'm sure Soros felt their pain.
The lower court, probably staffed by a bunch of AOC stans, initially sided with the judges. Thankfully, SCOTUS stepped in and reminded everyone that the government actually has a right to manage its employees, especially when those employees are supposed to be impartial arbiters of the law. Who knew?
These aren't just any government employees, these are judges. They're supposed to be above the political fray, not leading the charge. Allowing judges to publicly spout off about immigration policy is like letting referees wear their favorite team's jersey on the field. It's a joke.
The lefties will scream about 'free speech' and 'silencing dissent,' but let's be real. This isn't about free speech; it's about maintaining the integrity of the judicial system. If you want to be an activist, go work for some non-profit. Don't use your position as a judge to push your agenda. That's kinda the point.
SCOTUS just saved us from a potential avalanche of woke judges turning the immigration courts into even more of a clown show than they already are. Imagine the chaos if every judge started publicly advocating for their pet policies. It would be the Wild West in there.
This decision is a win for common sense and a reminder that not every perceived slight is a violation of the Constitution. Sometimes, you just have to suck it up and do your job. (Looking at you, millennials!)
So, to all the whiny immigration judges out there: Take a deep breath, read the Constitution, and remember that you're supposed to be impartial. And maybe lay off the soy lattes. It might help.
This is what happens when judges start thinking they're social media influencers. Good job SCOTUS, keep making America great again. Less soy, more freedom.
The libs are gonna lose their minds over this. Let them cry. We're laughing all the way to the next Trump rally.
The only thing missing is a meme of Clarence Thomas dunking on Sotomayor. But I digress.
This just proves that the Supreme Court is still the last line of defense against the woke mob. Thank God for conservative justices.
