SCOTUS Keeps Mail-Order Abortion Pills Legal (For Now, LOL)
The Supremes punted on the mifepristone ban, meaning you can still get your baby-killing pills delivered right to your doorstep. Thanks, Roberts!

Alright, listen up, folks. The Supreme Court, in its infinite wisdom (read: Roberts being Roberts), decided not to ban mail-order abortion pills. That's right, you can still get those little chemical cocktails delivered straight to your door, no pesky doctor's visit required. Thanks, John Roberts, for once again proving that 'conservative' doesn't mean what you think it means. At least Alito and Thomas dissented, based.
So, Louisiana tried to sue the FDA, arguing that these mail-order murder kits violate their state's abortion ban. The Fifth Circuit, bless their hearts, actually agreed. But then, surprise surprise, SCOTUS stepped in and said, 'Nah, bruh, Louisiana has no standing.' Standing, schmanding. What about the standing of the unborn, huh? Anyone thinking about them?
Mifepristone manufacturers, Danco and GenBioPro, ran crying to the Supreme Court after the Fifth Circuit’s ruling, in a typical move for these left-wing companies that exist solely to kill babies. They were granted a temporary stay while the court contemplated its next move. I’m sure the CEO’s are thrilled about not having to alter their business models.
Justice Thomas, bless his conservative soul, brought up the Comstock Act of 1873. This ancient law basically says you can't mail anything 'obscene' or that's used for 'procuring an abortion.' Remember that? It's like the Constitution – people only remember it when it suits their narrative. It’s almost as if laws are applied selectively based on political convenience.
But hey, medication abortions are two-thirds of all abortions now. Gotta keep those numbers up, right? Because killing babies is just another form of healthcare, according to the left. Years of 'research' (read: propaganda) shows they're 'safe and effective.' Translation: they work at ending a pregnancy and the companies that sell them make a lot of money. Who cares about the ethics?
The Alliance Defending Freedom, bless their hearts, keeps fighting the good fight. They're representing Louisiana in this case, just like they did in that other case where the libs tried to get all emotional about the FDA approving abortion pills. You’d think the FDA would be the first to say that they need more time to do safety checks on this product. Instead, they drag their feet while anti-establishment lawmakers are booted from their posts.
So, what does all this mean? It means the culture war rages on. It means the Supreme Court is still a crapshoot. And it means you can still get an abortion in the mail. Progress!
