Rob Base Kicks the Bucket: 'It Takes Two' No More, Libs Triggered
Another one bites the dust: Rob Base, the guy who made that one song you still hear at weddings, went to that great hip-hop concert in the sky after a spat with the Big C.

So, Rob Base, the dude who gave us “It Takes Two,” decided to check out early. Cancer got him. Age 59. Another one for the Grim Reaper's highlight reel. Bet you didn't even know his real name was Robert Ginyard. Now ya do.
This is gonna be all over the woke media. They'll find some way to blame capitalism, systemic racism, or Trump. Guaranteed. Never mind the guy just got old and sick. Remember when they blamed Rush Limbaugh's lung cancer on… well, everything?
“It Takes Two.” Classic. Certified platinum. Probably still gets played at every wedding reception across the fruited plain. Ironically, the song is about teamwork. Maybe he should have teamed up with a better oncologist. Just sayin’.
And of course, the official Instagram account had to drop the usual virtue-signaling statement: “Thank you for the music, the memories, and the moments that became the soundtrack to our lives.” Translation: stream my stuff so my estate makes some coin.
Harlem native. Good for him. Made something of himself. Unlike half the trust fund babies pretending to be oppressed these days.
DJ E-Z Rock bit the dust back in 2014. Diabetes. Now THAT’S a problem we should be tackling. Stop pushing pronoun awareness seminars and start teaching people how to lay off the sugar water. But that ain't woke enough.
Snoop Dogg sampled “It Takes Two.” Snoop Dogg samples everything. Probably samples kale smoothies and pretends they're weed. The Black Eyed Peas, too. Remember when they were good? Before Fergie went full Hollywood crazy?
Appeared in “The Proposal” with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. Peak rom-com garbage. But hey, gotta pay the bills somehow. Maybe the residuals can cover the funeral costs.
So, raise a glass to Rob Base. He gave us a banger. Now he’s gone. The cycle continues. Just don't let the libs turn his death into another excuse to push their agenda.
In the end, this is just another guy gone too soon. So appreciate what you have and what you have created. The world will always be full of change, just be sure you're ready for it.
