Powell Blasts Political Meddling, Meanwhile Feds Mess With Minnesotans
Yellen's minion lectures on independence while the government does government things to normies.

So, J-Pow, fresh off printing money like it's going out of style, decides to lecture everyone on the importance of keeping politics out of institutions. The irony is thicker than a woke DEI statement. He's out there talking about protecting the Fed, the courts, and schools from political pressure. As if the Fed isn't a political tool already. Remember when Trump was tweeting at him? Good times.
Apparently, this award ceremony also honored some folks in the Twin Cities for doing… something… after an immigration crackdown. Said crackdown involved thousands of arrests and, tragically, two deaths. Now, before the libs start screeching, let's remember that border security is, like, a thing. But two dead? That's a bad look, no cap.
Powell wants us to believe the Fed is some bastion of neutrality, untouched by the grubby hands of politicians. Right. And AOC is a fiscal conservative. The Fed is where politicians go to cash in their favors. That's why they make rates lower than they should be, which helps out their pals on Wall Street. They're supposed to be protecting the dollar but they keep printing it out of thin air!
The courts too, apparently, need to be free from political influence. Tell that to Merrick Garland. The Supreme Court is supposed to be above politics, but good luck finding anyone who actually believes that these days.
And schools? Oh, don't even get me started on the indoctrination camps masquerading as educational institutions. They're not teaching kids how to think; they're teaching them what to think. Indoctrination 101. But sure, let's pretend they're beacons of objective truth.
The Twin Cities situation is interesting. Thousands of arrests? Two deaths? Sounds like the feds were doing something that upset the locals. Now they're getting awards? What is this, a participation trophy for resisting the man?
Powell's speech is just another example of the elites telling us one thing while doing another. They preach about independence while being completely beholden to their political masters. It's the same old song and dance.
So, next time you hear Jerome Powell talking about institutional independence, remember the context. Remember the Fed's role in inflating the money supply, the politicization of the courts, and the indoctrination in schools. And remember that the government is always gonna do government things, consequences be damned.
