The primary was basically a referendum on whether the Texas GOP is still controlled by the Chamber of Commerce or if it's finally ready to embrace the America First agenda. Turns out, Texans are based and red-pilled. Cornyn, bless his heart, tried to pretend he was down with Trump, but everyone saw through his cringe. He's the guy who shows up to the party late, wearing the wrong outfit, and trying way too hard to be cool.
