Ninth Circuit Slayers Newsom's ICE Shackles: MAGA Strikes Back!
Two Trump Judges and an Obama Appointee Just Dumped a Load of Justice on Gavin Newsom's Sanctuary State Dreams.

Alright, folks, gather 'round and bask in the sweet, sweet taste of liberal tears. The Ninth Circus, I mean, Circuit, just handed Gavin Newsom a major L in his ongoing quest to turn California into a giant welcome mat for illegals. Remember those virtue-signaling laws designed to hamstring ICE agents, the 'No Vigilantes Act' and the 'No Secret Police Act'? Yeah, those are toast. Time to dust off your DeSantis 2024 gear, because this is HUGE.
Newsom, bless his perpetually-gelled heart, thought he could play tough guy and force ICE agents to unmask and flash their IDs like they're applying for a library card. He figured he could protect his precious illegals by making it harder for ICE to do their jobs. As if the feds haven't seen this song and dance before. Dude's trying to play chess with checkers.
But guess what? Two Trump-appointed judges and even one Obama holdover (probably regretted that vote immediately) slapped him down with the force of a thousand MAGA memes. They invoked the Supremacy Clause, which, for all you libs out there, basically means 'federal law trumps state law, especially when it comes to things like, oh, I don't know, national security.'
ICE, bless their masked, badge-wielding hearts, have been saying all along that they need to conceal their identities to protect themselves and their families. You know, because the tolerant left has a habit of doxxing and harassing anyone who dares to enforce our laws. But Newsom didn't care about that. He just wanted to score political points with his open-borders base.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche is probably popping champagne right now. Bill Essayli, the first assistant U.S. attorney in California, called it a "huge legal victory." Translation: Newsom just got ratioed in real life. Harmeet Dhillon even dropped a simple, yet oh-so-satisfying, "Told ya!" on X. Savage.
So what does this all mean? It means that even in the wokest of states, the Constitution still matters. It means that Trump's judicial appointments are still paying dividends. And it means that Gavin Newsom's reign of terror is slowly but surely coming to an end. MAGA is back, baby, and we're here to stay. Pack it up, libs.
Seriously though, this is a big win for anyone who believes in the rule of law and secure borders. It's a reminder that the federal government has a responsibility to enforce immigration laws, and states can't just thumb their noses at that responsibility. Keep those conservative justices coming!
They tried to rewrite it, and failed. Now the woke agenda gets turned to ash!
