Massive W: SCOTUS Shuts Down Open-Border Activists with Back-to-Back Rulings
Leftists are coping and seething after the 6-3 conservative majority gave the administration full authority to deport green card holders and block asylum seekers.

It’s an absolute masterclass in salt-mining in Washington right now. In a series of massive 6-3 decisions, the Supreme Court's conservative majority just handed the administration a stack of major wins on immigration, leaving open-border activists absolutely devastated. The court made it crystal clear that the federal government actually has the authority to run the country, secure the borders, and send people packing when their time is up.
First up, the court officially allowed the administration to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for hundreds of thousands of people from Haiti and Syria. Let's be real: "temporary" isn't supposed to mean "for over a decade," but that’s exactly how activists have been treating it. Now, the administration has the green light to phase these programs out, and the screeching from the NGO complex is already reaching a fever pitch.
But wait, there's more. In another ruling on Thursday, the court gave the thumbs-up to a policy that lets border agents physically block asylum seekers right at the US-Mexico line. Yes, physical blocking. No more "step across the line and automatically claim asylum" loophole. If you can’t set foot on US soil, you can’t clog up our courts with asylum claims. It's a common-sense victory for border security that reverses years of activist judges trying to micromanage the frontier.
And to top off the weekly triple-play, the court ruled on Tuesday that border officials have broad discretion to deport lawful permanent residents—aka green card holders. If you're here on a green card and you step out of line, the feds now have a much easier path to show you the door. The message is simple: legal status is a privilege, not an entitlement.
Of course, the professional grievance industry tried to stop all of this by screaming about "racism" and pointing to the President's spicy vocabulary. But Justice Samuel Alito wasn't having any of it. In the TPS ruling, Alito basically told the activists to sit down, writing that the President's previous comments—like calling Haiti a "shithole country" and warning about immigrants "poisoning the blood" of the nation—did not prove that these national security policies were "overtly racial."
Right on cue, top Trump aide Stephen Miller went on Fox News to drop some more truth bombs, triggering a whole new wave of meltdowns. Miller openly questioned why the US should import millions of people from "nations that have never had contact with the west, would have never developed the combustion engine or airplanes or televisions or radio or the internet." It's a fair question, but watching the media class try to process it in real-time is pure comedy.
