Let's be real, the guy's been AWOL since March 5th. March 5th! That's practically a lifetime in DC swamp-time. His office, bless their hearts, is playing the 'privacy' card, which is code for 'we have no freaking clue what's going on, but we can't tell you anyway.'

Kean himself mumbled something about 'doctors' and 'full recovery' to the New Jersey Globe. 'I understand the need for public transparency,' he says, with a straight face, while providing zero actual transparency. The audacity!
