KBJ Goes Full Woke, Accuses SCOTUS of... *Checks Notes* ...Following the Constitution
Clown world intensifies as Justice Jackson throws a tantrum because the Supremes aren't playing identity politics.

WASHINGTON — Hold on to your hats, folks, because Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is pulling a Karen move, whining that the Supreme Court is too… checks notes again… constitutional? Yeah, you heard that right. Apparently, sticking to the actual text of the law is now considered a 'controversial' and 'political' act by the woke brigade.
KBJ, bless her heart, is huffing and puffing about how the Supreme Court is losing public confidence because… wait for it… they're not making rulings based on feelings and intersectionality points. She dropped this gem at some gathering of the American Law Institute, a place probably filled with more soy than a tofu factory.
“Courts are apolitical, not supposed to be issuing rulings that are in the political realm,” she babbled, completely oblivious to the irony of her statement. The only thing more political than trying to legislate from the bench is accusing your colleagues of not being woke enough.
This all stems from her hissy fit over the Voting Rights Act case, where the Court basically told Louisiana to stop playing racial gerrymandering games. KBJ, in her solo dissent (because nobody else bought her BS), claimed that the ruling would somehow disenfranchise black voters. Translation: The Court didn't let her rig the system for the Dems, so she threw a fit.
Remember when Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a real liberal icon, said that the Voting Rights Act was basically fixed and that Congress had done its job? Now we've got KBJ crying about how the sky is falling because the Supremes aren't handing out participation trophies based on melanin levels.
She also whined about the Court allowing Trump's policies to temporarily take effect. You know, the policies that kept our borders secure and our economy humming? Apparently, those are 'controversial' too. I guess upholding the rule of law is only okay when it aligns with the progressive agenda.
And let's not forget her little speech about 'public confidence.' Honey, the only reason public confidence in the Supreme Court is low is because you and your woke buddies have been trying to delegitimize it for years. Maybe if you spent less time virtue signaling and more time reading the Constitution, things would be different.
Chief Justice Roberts, a man who probably regrets not investing in earplugs, has repeatedly said that the Court isn't a bunch of political actors. But KBJ, ever the contrarian, seems determined to prove him wrong. She's basically auditioning for a spot on MSNBC, trying to become the next Rachel Maddow with a gavel.
