Judge Says Trump's Mail-In Order Can Ride, Lib Tears Flow Freely
D.C. judge gives the green light to Trump's executive order on mail-in voting, proving the deep state isn't as deep as they thought.

WASHINGTON – Another day, another W for MAGA. A federal judge in the swamp (D.C., duh) just gave the thumbs-up to President Trump's executive order aimed at tightening up the mess that is mail-in voting. U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee (based), said the order can stay in place, at least for now. The libs are seething, and the cope is strong.
This executive order, unleashed on March 31, is Trump's latest move to drain the swamp of voter fraud (allegedly, of course). It tasks the Department of Homeland Security with teaming up with the Social Security Administration to make lists of citizens. Then, it tells the perpetually broke and hilariously mismanaged U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to only deliver ballots to people on those lists. Sounds kinda reasonable, right? Wrong, according to the left, who are already calling it Jim Crow 2.0.
The judge basically said, “Hold your horses, snowflakes. You haven’t proven this thing is gonna actually hurt anyone yet.” He acknowledged the possibility of USPS shenanigans or government screw-ups, but said the plaintiffs can come crying back later if that happens. Savage.
Meanwhile, another judge in Boston is gearing up to rule on similar lawsuits. Talk about a clown show. The administration's lawyers are claiming they're still figuring out how to implement the order. Translation: they're waiting for the left to explode so they can fine-tune their plans based on the level of outrage.
The usual suspects – Democrats, soy-fueled “voting rights groups,” and like 20 virtue-signaling states – have filed lawsuits claiming Trump is violating the Constitution. They say only state legislatures and Congress get to make election rules. But Trump, based as always, is playing 4D chess while they're stuck on checkers.
Trump, who himself voted by mail in Florida (lol), says he's trying to stop illegal voting by non-citizens. The media says this is “incredibly rare,” but we all know they're lying. Sure, maybe it's not widespread, but even one fraudulent vote is too many. Plus, anything that triggers the left this hard is automatically a net positive for America.
More Democrats than Republicans voted by mail in 2024, which is probably why the Dems are losing their minds over this. Maybe they’re starting to realize their mail-in cheat code is about to get patched. Stay tuned for more epic battles in the war against election fraud... or at least, against making the libs cry. Either way, it's gonna be good.
This all comes down to three lawsuits filed in D.C., and another two brewing in Massachusetts. Popcorn time, people. This is gonna be hilarious.
