Judge Freaks Out, Orders Pentagon to Play Nice With Fake News
Woke judge throws a tantrum, demands Trump admin roll out the red carpet for journos who hate him.

WASHINGTON – Another day, another Deep State swamp creature trying to kneecap Based President Trump. This time, a fed judge named Paul Friedman (probably drinks soy lattes and unironically uses the word 'woke') is throwing a hissy fit because the Pentagon isn't bending over backwards to accommodate the New York Times and their army of journo-terrorists.
So, the NYT, bless their perpetually triggered hearts, sued the Trump administration back in December because they didn't like the Pentagon's new press pass policy. Apparently, making journalists follow basic security protocols is now a violation of their precious First Amendment rights. The horror!
Judge Friedman, clearly suffering from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, is now accusing the Pentagon of not complying with his earlier order to basically give the NYT whatever they want. He even whined about the Pentagon requiring journalists to have escorts, calling it "weird" and "Kafkaesque." Yeah, because wanting to know who's wandering around your top-secret military headquarters is totally unreasonable.
Apparently, the Pentagon even had the audacity to shut down the “correspondents’ corridor,” a sacred space where journalists presumably plot their next hit piece against Trump while sipping artisanal coffee and complaining about microaggressions. The judge, in his infinite wisdom, declared this an act of defiance.
Remember last fall? When most of the Pentagon press corps threw a collective tantrum and walked out because they didn't want to sign a policy preventing them from "soliciting" unauthorized information? These are the folks we're talking about – the same people who think it's their God-given right to badger military personnel for classified secrets.
The Trump administration, in a move that probably involved more eye-rolling than actual effort, even offered the NYT reporters a workspace in a library. But no, that's not good enough. They need the "correspondents’ corridor” back, dammit! They need to feel important and entitled!
"The court’s order requires the department to restore the plaintiffs’ access to the Pentagon," the judge whined. "Rather than comply with that order, the department has cut off all [press pass] holders’ meaningful access to the Pentagon.” Translation: the Fake News Industrial Complex isn’t getting the level of access they think they deserve, so the sky is falling.
