Honduras Goes Full Mad Max: 25 Dead, Cops Included (LOL)
Gunmen go brrr on the Honduran coast, proving yet again that strong borders and fewer feelings are the only way.

TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras — Well, well, well, looks like Honduras is auditioning for the next Mad Max movie. At least 25 bodies hit the floor in two separate shooty-shooty bang-bang events on Thursday. Six of those stiffs were cops. Six! Can't make this stuff up, folks.
So, what's the lesson here? Besides “don't vacation in Honduras”? Simple: weak borders = dead people. Surprise! It's almost like letting anyone and everyone stroll on in doesn't work out so great. But hey, feelings, right?
Meanwhile, Madame President Xiomara Castro is “pledging to combat organized crime.” Bless her heart. It's like putting a Band-Aid on a severed limb. Honey, you need a chainsaw and a whole lot of Roundup to clear this swamp.
The Usual Suspects will be out in force bleating about “root causes” and “inequality.” As if poverty somehow forces people to become trigger-happy psychos. Newsflash: people make choices. And some choices are just objectively bad.
Now, I'm no geopolitical genius, but I'm pretty sure that the Honduran coast isn't exactly known for its robust economy. Funny how that works out when the only growth industry is moving nose candy north. Maybe try capitalism? Just spitballing here.
And of course, we'll hear the pearl-clutchers wringing their hands about “gun violence.” Yeah, because criminals totally obey gun control laws. That's why they're criminals! They don't care! They shoot people! It's kind of their thing!
The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. Or, in this case, maybe a whole army of good guys with guns. And a wall. A really, really big wall.
But hey, who am I to suggest practical solutions? I'm just a CHUD typing away in my basement. Meanwhile, Honduras is going full-on zombie apocalypse. Grab your popcorn, folks. This is gonna be a wild ride.
It is just another day in Clown World. Stay strapped.
In summary: Honduras needs a new plan, more guns, and less virtue signaling. But don't hold your breath.
