Hon Hon Hon! Trainee Driver Dumps Bus in Seine – Another Day, Another Woke Disaster?
Turns out even the French can't escape the consequences of their own incompetence – bus goes for a swim, nobody hurt (this time).
Paris, France – So, a trainee bus driver in Paris decided the Seine needed a new tourist attraction, huh? Turns out, hitting a parked car and ending up in the river is a great way to get your fifteen minutes of fame. Nobody hurt, thankfully, but this whole thing smells fishier than a Left Bank seafood market.
Remember when things used to work? Now we got bus drivers apparently trained by watching YouTube tutorials. Is this what happens when you prioritize diversity hires over, ya know, actual competence? I'm just asking questions here, folks. Is there some kind of secret woke quota for sinking buses in the Seine? Because if so, mission accomplished.
And let's not forget the inevitable calls for more government spending. "Oh no, the bus went swimming! We need BILLIONS for new safety protocols!" Meanwhile, the infrastructure is crumbling, taxes are through the roof, and the only thing rising faster than the national debt is the number of virtue-signaling bureaucrats.
I bet you anything the bus was electric, too. Another green initiative gone sideways. More like green initiative gone underwater, am I right? Carbon footprint? More like carbon SOAKED footprint.
Seriously though, what kind of clown show is this? You can't even trust a bus driver to stay on the road anymore. Pretty soon we'll be riding around in autonomous vehicles programmed to take us straight to the nearest global warming protest. Wake up, sheeple! They're coming for your gas-powered cars, your freedom, and now, apparently, your bus routes.
So next time you're in Paris, maybe stick to the Metro. At least those trains are (usually) confined to the rails. And bring a life vest, just in case. You never know when the next woke transportation disaster is gonna strike.
And hey, at least nobody got hurt. Silver linings, am I right? Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go pour myself a glass of wine and contemplate the absurdity of modern life. Maybe I'll even throw a baguette in the Seine for good measure.
