Hollywood Assistant Getting the Book Thrown At Him? You LOVE to See It.
Career criminal Matthew Perry's man-servant gets what's coming to him, another day, another leftist cry.

So, the personal assistant who injected Matthew Perry with enough horse tranquilizer to knock out a rhino is finally getting sentenced. Kenneth Iwamasa, the guy who probably had to fetch Perry's kale smoothies and tell him how woke he was every morning, pleaded guilty to something or other involving drugs and Perry kicking the bucket. Now, the leftist media is out in force painting him as some kind of sympathetic victim. Please. It's as if we're supposed to believe that this dude was just a hapless bystander forced to mainline ketamine into Chandler Bing against his will.
Three years and five months? That's all they're asking for? Seems kinda light for playing doctor without a license and accidentally offing a celebrity. I'm not saying throw the guy in the gulag, but a bit more than a slap on the wrist might send a message. Maybe the judge is a Friend's fan. Or maybe he is a deep state ketamine pusher.
Of course, the usual suspects are wailing about "power imbalances" and how Iwamasa "couldn't simply say no" to Perry. Oh, boo hoo. Cry me a river. If you don't like being a celebrity's butt-boy, maybe get a real job. Like coal mining or something. Or join the police force. Instead, he chose to be a drug mule. And now he's paying the price.
Let's not forget about the real villains here: Jasveen Sangha, the "Ketamine queen", and Erik Fleming, the "addiction counselor". Fifteen years for the queen, two for the councilor. They're all part of the same swamp. The "Ketamine queen" sounds like a cool drag persona. I bet she's a huge hit in West Hollywood.
And then there's Salvador Plasencia, the former doctor who apparently kept supplying Iwamasa with the good stuff even after Perry started turning blue. Only 30 months in prison? The Hippocratic Oath, apparently, is just a suggestion these days.
Look, I'm not saying I'm shedding any tears for Matthew Perry. Rich, entitled Hollywood elites OD'ing on drugs is basically Tuesday. But this whole case is a perfect example of the moral rot that's eating away at this country. No personal responsibility, no accountability, just a bunch of whiny virtue signalers trying to excuse bad behavior.
So, let Iwamasa get what he deserves. Let the "Ketamine queen" rot in jail. And maybe, just maybe, this whole mess will serve as a cautionary tale for all the other Hollywood types who think they're above the law. Probably not, but one can dream.
