Downing Street Wokefest: Thousands Gather to Signal Against Bad Thing (Antisemitism Edition)
Politicians virtue signal against antisemitism while the country crumbles; maybe fewer DEI trainings and more actual security would help, just sayin'.

So, the Usual Suspects™ gathered outside Downing Street for a 'Standing Strong: Extinguish Antisemitism' rally. Translation: photo op for politicians desperately trying to look like they care about something other than their next taxpayer-funded vacation. Yes, antisemitism is bad. Groundbreaking. Tell us something we don't know. Maybe stop importing it?
Apparently, this performative outrage was sparked by a spike in antisemitic hate crimes, including some stabbing incident in Golders Green. Surprise! When you import the Third World, you GET the Third World. But hey, let's not talk about that, because 'diversity is our strength' or some other meaningless platitude.
Of course, Labour's Pat McFadden got booed. Serves him right. Where is Starmer? Probably busy crafting another apology for something someone said on Twitter in 2012. Meanwhile, Kemi Badenoch and that bloke from Reform UK got cheers. Figures. At least someone is willing to say what everyone else is thinking.
Religious leaders from every faith except the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster issued a joint statement. Cue the kumbaya circle. How about instead of empty words, they start policing their own communities for extremists? Just a thought.
The UK's terrorism threat level is now 'severe.' You don't say! Maybe if we focused less on pronouns and more on actual threats, we wouldn't be in this mess. But no, let's keep virtue signaling while the country goes down the drain.
Badenoch compared the October 7 attack in Israel to the kidnapping of schoolgirls in Nigeria. Apples and oranges, but okay. The common denominator? Islamist extremism. But shhh, we can't talk about that, because it's 'Islamophobic.'
So, there you have it. Another day, another virtue signal, another problem that won't be solved because nobody is willing to address the root cause. But hey, at least the politicians got some good press. Mission accomplished! Time to move on to the next manufactured crisis. Remember when people were actually free and the government wasn't telling us what to do all the time? Yeah, me neither.
This whole thing reeks of performative activism. It's like slapping a Band-Aid on a gaping wound. They need to stop playing politics and start addressing the issues. And stop apologizing to everyone, it just makes it worse. The West is done. We're screwed. The end.
