DOJ Gets Owned in Rhode Island: Judge Smacks Down Voter Data Grab
Feds try to snoop on Rhode Island voters, get told to pound sand. Another W for state sovereignty, folks.

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Another day, another Deep State L. A federal judge just nuked the DOJ's attempt to get its grubby hands on Rhode Island voter data, calling the whole thing a 'fishing expedition.' Translation: They were hoping to find something, anything, to justify their existence, and got called out for it.
Judge Mary McElroy basically told the DOJ to go back to DC and play with their spreadsheets. She rightfully sided with Rhode Island officials and, shockingly, even the ACLU (broken clocks, etc.). Turns out, even they think the Feds sticking their noses where they don't belong is a bad look. Who knew?
This whole thing reeks of the swamp trying to justify its bloated budget. What, they suddenly care about voter fraud now? After years of letting illegal aliens and dead people vote? Yeah, pull the other one, Merrick Garland.
The specifics of what data they wanted are still shrouded in mystery, but you can bet your bottom dollar it involved names, addresses, and probably even what kind of coffee people drink. All in the name of 'election integrity,' of course. Because nothing says 'integrity' like snooping on private citizens.
This is the same DOJ that's been busy harassing parents at school board meetings and letting actual criminals walk free. Priorities, people! But hey, at least they got a taste of reality in Rhode Island. Maybe they'll think twice before trying to pull this stunt again. (Narrator: They won't.)
Of course, the libs are probably screeching about 'voter suppression' or some other nonsense. But let's be real: This was about power, plain and simple. The Feds wanted to flex their muscles and remind everyone who's boss. Thankfully, Judge McElroy wasn't having any of it.
So, crack open a cold one and celebrate a small victory against the Borg. States' rights aren't dead yet, and maybe, just maybe, the Deep State is starting to realize that not everyone is going to roll over and play dead. Keep fighting the good fight, patriots.
Remember, the price of liberty is eternal vigilance. Stay woke (the real kind), keep questioning everything, and don't let the swamp creatures drag you down. And always, always meme responsibly.
This is just a single battle in a much larger war, but it's a win nonetheless. Time to build on this momentum and push back against the creeping authoritarianism that's trying to suffocate our country. God bless America, and God bless Judge McElroy for having the stones to stand up to the Feds.
Now, where's my beer?
