Dems Triggered Over Mean Tweets to Cuba, Call Embargo 'Economic Bombing'
Woke lawmakers whine about the 'humanitarian crisis' in Cuba while ignoring the commie regime's decades of oppression.

So, get this: two Dem reps, Pramila Jayapal and Jonathan Jackson, just got back from their all-expenses-paid vacay to Cuba, and now they're crying about how mean ol' America is bullying the poor, defenseless communist island. Apparently, our totally justified embargo is now an 'illegal U.S. blockade of fuel' and an 'economic bombing.' Seriously? Economic bombing? Sounds like someone needs a history lesson.
These virtue-signaling clowns are acting like Cuba is some innocent victim, completely ignoring the fact that it's been a totalitarian shithole for over 60 years. You know, the same regime that jails dissidents, steals private property, and generally makes life miserable for anyone who dares to disagree with their socialist paradise. But yeah, let's all feel sorry for them because they can't get enough gas for their vintage Soviet-era Ladas.
'The illegal U.S. blockade of fuel to Cuba—90 miles south of the United States—adds to the longest embargo in world history and is causing untold suffering to the Cuban people,' they bleat. Oh, the suffering! Apparently, premature babies are at risk because their ventilators can't run without electricity. I'm sure the Cuban government is doing everything it can to solve that problem, right? Right?
And get this: they actually spoke to 'dissidents' during their trip. I'm sure those conversations were totally free and uncoerced, with no government minders listening in. Yeah, right. It's all part of the usual propaganda dance: trot out a few handpicked 'dissidents' who parrot the regime's talking points, and then claim you're engaging in 'dialogue'.
Let's not forget that Trump is the guy who's been calling out Cuba for being a 'failed nation'. And these geniuses are trying to tie his policies to some kind of humanitarian disaster? Wake up, people! Cuba is a failed nation because of communism, not because of America.
These jokers even had the nerve to say that 'the Cuban government has sent many signals that this is a new moment for the country.' Apparently, releasing 2,000 prisoners and allowing Cuban-American entrepreneurs to invest in private businesses is enough to erase decades of oppression. I'm sure the ghosts of the victims of the revolution are totally cool with that.
So, here's the bottom line: don't fall for this commie propaganda. The U.S. embargo on Cuba is not some act of 'economic bombing.' It's a necessary tool to pressure the regime to respect human rights and allow its people to live in freedom. And until that happens, we should keep the pressure on.
