Dem Clown Show Rolls Into NYC: Sharpton Hosts 2028 Hunger Games
Potential presidential hopefuls gather at NAN convention to kiss the ring and plot midterm strategy while the country burns.

New York, NY – The Democrat freakshow descended upon the Big Apple this week for the annual National Action Network (NAN) convention, hosted by none other than professional race-baiter Al Sharpton. This year's theme? Figuring out how to not get utterly slaughtered in the midterms and auditioning for the 2028 Presidential Hunger Games. Buckle up, buttercups, because the cringe is strong with this one.
Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, fresh off his victory lap for turning the Land of Lincoln into a liberal wasteland, graced the stage to lecture everyone about the importance of voting. "Now more than ever, it’s on all of us to stand up for the future of our country, doing some public service – at a minimum, everybody has to go vote in this coming election," he droned. Translation: vote harder, sheeple, so we can keep the grift going.
The NAN convention, a four-day virtue signaling extravaganza, attracted the usual suspects: Governors Wes Moore of Maryland, Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, Representative Ro Khanna of California, and Senator Ruben Gallego of Arizona. The B-list celebs expected later include Mayor Pete (still trying to be relevant), Governor Andy Beshear of Kentucky, Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona, Representative Jim Clyburn of South Carolina, and resident cackle machine Kamala Harris. Noticeably absent: AOC and Gavin Newsom, probably busy filming their next TikTok dance to distract from California's collapse.
Basil Smikle Jr., a former Dem operative, chimed in to remind everyone that this whole thing is really about pandering to Black voters. “No candidate will be successful in a primary or win a general without Black voters,” he declared, confirming what we all already knew: the Democratic Party views identity politics as its only path to power. Sharpton's endorsement? Priceless. (For them, anyway.)
Then there's Wes Moore, the Maryland governor and woke warrior, waxing poetic about the war in Iran. Apparently, it's "personal" to him because he was a soldier. He then blamed the conflict for rising gas prices and grocery bills, conveniently ignoring the massive inflation caused by his party's reckless spending. "These are our taxpayer dollars that are being used to do this. We are now watching how our gas prices continue to skyrocket, energy prices continue to skyrocket, groceries are more expensive, and we are doing this foreign war that none of us asked for, but it’s being done in our name." Give me a break. It's always someone else's fault, isn't it?
