Big Abortion Gets Spanked, Whines to SCOTUS About Mail-Order Mifepristone
The abortion lobby's crying to the Supremes after a court said, 'Hold up, maybe selling abortion pills like candy isn't a great idea.'

WASHINGTON — So, the mifepristone mafia is having a bad week. Turns out, selling abortion pills through the mail like they're Amazon Prime orders isn't sitting well with everyone. Some pesky appellate court actually decided that maybe, just maybe, dispensing powerful drugs that end pregnancies should involve, you know, doctors and medical supervision. The horror!
Naturally, the mifepristone manufacturer, probably sipping on a kale smoothie and wearing a 'My Body, My Choice' t-shirt, is running to the Supreme Court faster than Hunter Biden runs from a paternity test. They're begging the Supremes to block the appellate court's ruling and let them keep slinging abortion pills willy-nilly. Because, you know, profits.
Let's be real, this isn't about 'women's healthcare.' It's about cold, hard cash. Medication abortion is a booming business, and mail-order makes it even easier to reach customers (read: potential babies who won't get a chance to live). Cutting off the mail-order spigot means fewer abortions, which means less money for Planned Parenthood and their cronies.
The Left is screaming about 'access' and 'reproductive justice,' but what about the access to basic safety? What about the reproductive justice for the actual babies? Seems like those questions conveniently get skipped when the abortion industry's bottom line is threatened. Maybe, just maybe, a little oversight isn't such a bad thing.
This whole thing is just another symptom of the Dobbs hangover. The Left thought they had a guaranteed right to abortion forever. Now that states can actually, you know, govern on the issue, they're throwing a tantrum and trying to strong-arm the courts into getting their way.
And let's not forget the FDA, which basically rubber-stamped mifepristone's approval in the first place. Remember when the FDA was supposed to protect us from dangerous drugs? Now they're just another arm of the woke agenda, pushing pills for political points. No wonder people don't trust 'the science' anymore.
The Supreme Court has a chance to do the right thing here. They can uphold the appellate court's ruling and send a message that patient safety matters more than abortion profits. They can remind the FDA that its job is to protect Americans, not to pander to the Left's radical agenda.
Of course, the Left will call this an 'attack on women' and accuse the Supreme Court of being a bunch of misogynistic dinosaurs. But who cares? They're going to scream anyway. Might as well give them something real to scream about. Plus, think of the memes.
So, let's all hope the Supreme Court has the courage to stand up to the abortion lobby and protect the lives of the unborn. It's time to stop treating abortion like a commodity and start treating it like the tragedy that it is.
Meanwhile, I'm stocking up on popcorn and waiting for the Left to spontaneously combust when the Supremes tell them to kick rocks.
Buckle up, buttercups. It's gonna be a bumpy ride.
