Bernie Bro Does Abortion 180: Is Anyone Surprised?
Maine guv hopeful Troy Jackson used to be kinda pro-life, but now he's all about that 'choice' life – shocking, I tell you, SHOCKING.

AUGUSTA, Maine – So, this dude Troy Jackson, right? He's trying to be the next governor of Maine, and he's got Bernie Sanders' blessing. But here's the tea: turns out this guy used to be, like, a little bit pro-life. Now he's suddenly Mr. Abortion Access. What a wild ride, amirite?
Back in the day, when Jackson was just a humble state lawmaker, Maine Right to Life gave him a perfect score. 100%! That means he voted the way they wanted him to on all the baby-saving bills. But that was before the Supreme Court yeeted Roe v. Wade into the dumpster with the Dobbs decision.
Remember Dobbs? That was when the Supremes finally said, "Hey, the Constitution doesn't actually say anything about abortion, so states can do whatever they want." And now, suddenly, everyone has an opinion on abortion. Coincidence? I think NOT.
After Dobbs, Maine went full-on abortion-palooza, removing all sorts of restrictions. Planned Parenthood was stoked, giving Jackson a big thumbs-up. Bet they weren't giving him thumbs-ups back in 2011 when he voted for a bill that would've recognized personhood in the womb.
And let's not forget 2013, when he voted for counseling requirements for women considering abortion. You know, those pesky things that might actually make someone think twice about ending a pregnancy. The horror!
Of course, these past sins didn't go unnoticed. EMILY’s List, the feminist money machine, dropped a six-figure ad buy on Jackson back in 2014. Because nothing says "tolerance" like trying to destroy someone's career over a policy disagreement.
Now, Jackson's all about "the right to choose." He says it's fundamental to our freedom and who we are as Americans. Translation: he wants to win the election. But hey, at least he's consistent...ly inconsistent.
Honestly, does anyone really believe this guy's sudden conversion? Or is he just another politician bending to the whims of the woke mob? I'll let you decide. But I'm betting the ranch on the latter.
Bottom line: don't trust politicians. They'll say anything to get elected. And don't expect consistency from anyone in the Democratic party.
