Austin Teens Go Full GTA: Lib Policies to Blame?
Two zoomers allegedly turn Austin into a real-life video game, and you won't BELIEVE what woke DA policies allowed.

Hold onto your hats, folks, because the wheels are officially off in Austin. Two juveniles, apparently bored out of their minds and armed to the teeth, decided to turn the city into their personal Grand Theft Auto playground this weekend. Twelve shootings, four injuries, and a whole lot of terrified citizens later, and suddenly everyone's wondering if maybe, just maybe, letting criminals run wild isn't such a great idea after all.
According to the Austin Police Department (bless their hearts, they're probably exhausted), a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old were apprehended after going on a shooting spree that would make John Wick blush. Turns out, the 17-year-old already had a warrant for stealing a firearm, and the 15-year-old allegedly swiped another one from the same place. So, basically, the system failed spectacularly before the first shot was even fired. Thanks, woke policies!
Let's be real here: this isn't just about two kids gone wild. This is about a culture that glorifies violence, a justice system that's softer than a baby's bottom, and a political climate that prioritizes feelings over facts. These aren't isolated incidents; they're symptoms of a much larger disease: the slow, agonizing death of common sense.
Remember when personal responsibility was a thing? Now, it's all about blaming society, excusing behavior, and giving everyone a participation trophy. Newsflash: the real world doesn't work that way. Consequences matter, and accountability is crucial. But hey, who needs those when you can just blame systemic oppression and call it a day?
And let's not forget the media's role in all this. They'll be tripping over themselves to tell you about the 'root causes' of crime, conveniently ignoring the fact that some people are just bad eggs. They'll focus on poverty, inequality, and all the other buzzwords, while conveniently ignoring the fact that personal choices still matter. It's always someone else's fault, isn't it?
Look, I'm not saying we should bring back the guillotine (though some days, it's tempting). But I am saying that we need to get serious about crime. We need to hold criminals accountable, regardless of their age or background. We need to support law enforcement and give them the tools they need to do their jobs. And we need to stop making excuses for bad behavior.
This whole thing is also probably gonna get blamed on “gun violence,” but that’s a load of bull. Guns don’t commit crimes, people do. These guys went full cartoon villain and the solution ain’t banning more guns. Start locking up repeat offenders and maybe these kids won’t have the opportunity to do a little drive-by target practice.
The shelter-in-place order? A minor inconvenience compared to the potential for real tragedy. But hey, at least everyone got a taste of what it's like to live in a city where the inmates are running the asylum. Welcome to Austin, y'all. Enjoy your stay… if you survive it.
So, what's the solution? I don't have all the answers. But I do know that we need to start by acknowledging the problem. We need to admit that our current policies are failing, and we need to be willing to try something different. Maybe, just maybe, it's time to return to the principles that made this country great: personal responsibility, accountability, and a healthy dose of common sense.
And while we're at it, maybe we can finally get those self-driving cars on the road. At least then, when the next shooting spree happens, we can blame the robots. Just kidding… mostly.
