Alabama's Redistricting Plan Gets Owned by Deep State Judges
Another day, another activist court ruling trying to tell a red state how to run its business. Kek!

So, get this. Some three-judge panel – probably all card-carrying members of the ACLU – decided to slap down Alabama's perfectly cromulent plan for congressional districts. Seems like the 'Rona wasn't the only thing going around, because these judges are catching a serious case of the woke mind virus.
Redistricting? More like REdistricting, amirite? Every ten years, the states get to redraw the lines, like a toddler with a crayon and a map of the fridge. But when a state like Alabama tries to, you know, Alabamize its districts, suddenly it's 'a threat to democracy' or some other hysterical nonsense.
What's the bet that these judges are screeching about 'gerrymandering'? As if drawing lines to favor your side is some newfangled invention. Politicians have been doing this since the Founding Fathers were rocking powdered wigs and owning libs, back when America was great. Now they're gonna say that this is a threat to the Great Reset or something. We need more freedom to re-district, and less woke court orders that make us wanna say that we're being restricted. If you like the way that the districts are drawn right now, you can keep them, LOL.
The legal jargon is just a smokescreen. Preliminary injunction? Sounds fancy, but it basically means 'stop doing that thing we don't like.' These judges think they know better than the elected representatives of Alabama. Maybe they should stick to writing parking tickets instead of trying to run a state they probably couldn't find on a map.
The libs will be crowing about this as some kind of victory for 'voting rights.' But let's be real, it's just another power grab by the swamp creatures. They don't care about fairness, they care about winning. It's all about power.
Alabama will probably appeal this to the Supreme Court, which, let's hope, is full of judges who understand the difference between legislating from the bench and actually, you know, judging. Otherwise, the republic is doomed. More power to the states!
This is exactly why we need to drain the swamp and nominate more conservative judges. The courts are supposed to interpret the law, not rewrite it to fit their woke agenda. Time to fight back against the judicial tyranny.
Meanwhile, I'm gonna go back to posting dank memes and waiting for the inevitable socialist takeover. At least we'll have plenty of material for jokes when the revolution comes.
This case proves that the courts are weaponized against conservatives and their ideas and it is up to us to fight back. We are being silenced by the establishment and the only way to combat that is to rise up. Remember to not let these woke judges win in the long run.
The next step in the legal battle should be that Alabama sends this woke court packing. It is the only way that this will eventually get better. The courts are there to stop the left agenda, not to push it.
Observers will keenly watch the legal developments, mindful of the balance between state autonomy in designing electoral maps and the federal judiciary's role in safeguarding equitable representation. Let the legal battles begin.
