Abbott to Ditch Advance Gig, Finally Drain the Liberal Swamp?
Rumors swirl as ex-PM takes the reins, promising to maybe, possibly, fix the deeply cringe Liberal party.

Alright, listen up, chuds. Tony Abbott, the guy who once tried to stop the boats and got cancelled for it, is about to become the head honcho of the Liberal party. Yes, that Liberal party – the one currently getting its lunch money stolen by Albo and his woke mob. The same Liberal party that's softer than a soy latte. He's supposedly stepping down from his role at Advance, the right-wing meme warriors, to do it. Progress?
So, here's the deal. Abbott's been hanging out with the cool kids at Advance since getting booted from Parliament by some teal lady. Dude's also got side hustles with the Institute of Public Affairs, the Ramsay Centre for Western Civilisation (whatever that is), Fox Corporation (based department), and some climate skeptic group in the UK. Busy guy. But now he's back in the game, baby.
Word on the street is Abbott might bring some Advance allies into the Liberal party fold. Names like Matthew Sheahan and Steve Doyle are being thrown around. Imagine these dudes running the whole shebang. Maybe they'll finally get the Liberals to grow a pair and actually fight back against the leftie agenda. Probably not, but we can dream.
Advance, bless their hearts, tried to be the right-wing version of GetUp. They even got half a mil from the Cormack Foundation, which is basically Liberal party money. But even Advance couldn't save the Coalition from themselves in the last election. Ouch.
Some pearl-clutching Libs are already whining about Abbott being too based. Apparently, Advance hurt their fee-fees by pointing out how useless they are. Cry me a river. Maybe if they spent less time virtue signaling and more time fighting for freedom, they wouldn't be in this mess. At least Advance has the stones to say what everyone else is thinking.
Will Abbott actually make a difference? Probably not. But maybe, just maybe, he can inject some much-needed testosterone into the Liberal party. At the very least, it'll be entertaining to watch the normies seethe. Keep your eye on the guy. This could be the start of something beautiful, or just another epic fail. Only time will tell.
