Woke Weirdos on Trial for Vandalizing Mean Old Weapons Factory; Cry More, Snowflakes
The 'Ulm 5,' a gaggle of Eurotrash activists, are whining about their 'harsh' prison conditions after trashing an Israeli arms plant. Thoughts and prayers.

BERLIN – Five certified organic, gluten-free, pro-Palestine social justice warriors – aka the 'Ulm 5' – are finally getting their day in court after their little performance art piece where they smashed up an Israeli weapons factory. Turns out, real life isn't a TikTok video and actions have consequences. Who knew?
These champions of the oppressed, hailing from the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Spain, are facing charges of trespassing, destruction of property (duh), and – get this – belonging to a CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION. Cue the shocked Pikachu face. Section 129 of the German criminal code is being used, because apparently, trashing private property isn't just a harmless prank, it's a threat to society. Maybe it is when you cost them hundreds of thousands of euros.
According to the woke prosecutors (yes, even Germany has them), these delicate flowers used axes, smoke bombs, and graffiti to express their feelings at the Elbit Systems facility. They then had the audacity to call the cops themselves and wait to be arrested, probably expecting medals for their bravery. A video of their escapade was posted online, because if you didn't post it, did it even happen?
Their lawyer, a real winner named Benjamin Düsberg, is claiming the activists were acting in “defense of others,” because, you know, destroying property is totally justified if you disagree with someone's politics. He's planning to pull a pro gamer move and “turn the tables” on Elbit Systems, claiming they're the real criminals for…checks notes…selling weapons. Shocker. Blaming the victim, classic.
He's also invoking Section 32 of the German criminal code, the “emergency assistance” clause, arguing that smashing up equipment was the only way to avert “imminent harm.” So, a weapons factory in Germany is apparently an imminent threat to… Germany? Makes perfect sense. The ICJ ruling on Gaza is their new bible, even though Israel called it a load of bull.
Of course, the families are crying about their precious snowflakes being held in “extreme prison conditions,” like being locked up for 23 hours a day and having limited access to their phones. Boo hoo. Maybe they should have thought about that before they decided to become professional vandals. Zo Hailu got strip-searched, a British citizen. Must be rough, huh? Maybe don't break the law next time, mate.
Elbit Systems, the evil empire that makes weapons (apparently, they're the only ones), has been asked for comment, but they're probably too busy counting their money. Smart.
