Tumbler Ridge School Gets Woke-Washed After Shooting: Will a New Building Stop the Next Psycho?
They're tearing down the school, folks! Because apparently, bricks and mortar are responsible for teenage angst and societal decay.

TORONTO – So, the geniuses in charge have decided to bulldoze Tumbler Ridge Secondary School, ground zero for that whole unpleasantness back in February. Nine dead, a town traumatized, and the solution? A shiny new building! Because, obviously, architecture is the problem here, not the festering societal rot that breeds disaffected youths ready to turn their pain into someone else's funeral. British Columbia Premier David Eby, bless his virtue-signaling heart, claims it's what the community wants. "We want to make sure we’re doing things right by the survivors, by the families, by the people of Tumbler Ridge," he bleated to the press. Yeah, right. Because a taxpayer-funded demolition and rebuild is exactly what those families need to cope with the horror. Maybe throw in a few therapy dogs and some mandatory sensitivity training while we're at it.
Let's be real. This is classic government overreach disguised as compassion. It's easier to tear down a building than to address the underlying issues: the breakdown of the family, the glorification of violence in pop culture, the erosion of personal responsibility, and the utter lack of meaningful male role models in these kids' lives. But hey, gotta look like you're doing something, right? So, out comes the wrecking ball.
Jesse Van Rootselaar, the 18-year-old perpetrator, is conveniently dead from a self-inflicted boo-boo. Can't ask him why he did it, can we? Probably too busy blaming society for his problems in the afterlife. Typical.
And don't even get me started on the federal government's involvement. "When the prime minister was in Tumbler Ridge with me and with the mayor, he committed that the federal government would be part of this effort as well," Eby chirped. Translation: free money! Because throwing cash at a problem always solves it. Ask Detroit how that's working out.
What are the odds this new school will be a woke paradise, complete with gender-neutral bathrooms, mandatory pronoun training, and a curriculum designed to indoctrinate kids into the cult of victimhood? Place your bets now, folks. I'm putting my money on 'extremely high'.
The real question nobody's asking is: what's to stop this from happening again? A new building? Please. Paint doesn't stop bullets. Maybe, just maybe, we should start focusing on personal responsibility, traditional values, and teaching kids the difference between right and wrong. But nah, that's too hard. Let's just build a new school and pretend everything's fine. Clown world, I tell ya. Clown world.
