Trump's ICE Raids Make Undocumented Workers Say 'Hold My Taxes'
Turns out when you threaten to deport people, they're less enthusiastic about funding the very system that's trying to kick them out — who knew?

Okay, so the libs are freaking out because Trump's 'crackdown' (lol) on illegal immigration might lead to a $479 billion tax revenue shortfall over the next decade. Cry me a river of woke tears. It's almost like when you tell people you're gonna send them back to whatever dirt-hole they crawled out of, they're less inclined to hand over their hard-earned cash to Uncle Sam. Shocking, I know.
These so-called 'tax experts' are clutching their pearls because the IRS decided to share data with DHS. Boo-freakin'-hoo. Maybe if these illegals were here legally, they wouldn't have to worry about it. And yeah, Daisy Schmidt, your Latino clients are scared? Good. Maybe they should have thought about that before breaking the law to live in this country. Actions have consequences, snowflakes.
And the child tax credit? You mean the one they were getting for their anchor babies? Gone. Poof. Bye-bye, free money. Now they're whining that they have no incentive to file taxes? I'm sure their home countries have some great incentives waiting for them.
Let's be real: the only reason these illegals were paying taxes in the first place was because they thought it would help them get legal status. Now that they realize the gravy train is over, they're bailing. Don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya.
Luisa Godinez-Puig from the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center is all like, 'Oh no, the IRS used to be so good at keeping taxpayer information confidential!' Yeah, well, times change, sweetheart. We're not playing patty-cake anymore. We're putting America first, even if it means hurting some feelings (and maybe a few tax receipts) along the way.
The libs are gonna scream about how undocumented immigrants contribute billions to the economy. Sure, they do. But they also drain resources, drive down wages, and commit crimes. It's a net loss, folks. And frankly, a little bit of short-term pain is worth it to secure our borders and protect our nation.
So yeah, maybe tax revenue will take a hit. But who cares? We'll cut some spending. Maybe defund some useless programs. Besides, once we deport all these illegals, we can finally get around to building that wall, and then we'll really be great again. MAGA, baby! MAGA!
And for all you virtue-signaling tax advisors out there? Tough luck. Maybe you should find some new clients. Like, I don't know, legal citizens who actually give a damn about this country.
